For 25 years, David E. Wile has been helping improve the performance of people in organizations ranging from 30 to a quarter million employees. He’s worked with for-profit companies and non-profits in Canada, the US, UK and Asia. David has studied and improved human performance in all environments, including consulting, high-tech, government, financial services, education, insurance and healthcare.
David has worked with such companies as Aon Consulting, VCampus eLearning, CVS Caremark, the New Hampshire SPCA, Enterasys Networks, Direct Capital, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and the Government of Nova Scotia, Canada.
He has been a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is ITIL certified through Pink Elephant.
David has spoken at assorted industry conferences hosted by ASQ, the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Pink Elephant, the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), and ACORD LOMA. He’s had articles published in Performance & Instruction and Personnel Journal.
David has an M.S. in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, where he also taught.
